Send me a photocopy of your pasport. I will carry a copy with me and leave a copy with the Global Village staff at HFHI for risk-management purposes. Your passport should not expire more than six months from the date you return home and it should have at least two blank pages remaining.

Check with your physician or a travel doctor for any specific vaccinations you will need before traveling. You can reference the CDC website for recommendations.

Submit your $350 deposit to secure your place on the team. Please reference the invitation letter I have sent you on how to submit the deposit. After submitting this deposit, you will then receive the Global Village Orientation handbook full of details about what you can expect on a trip.

EMAIL BIO & PHOTO

Send me a short bio and photo of yourself to share with the team on this website (private pages). This will help you and others get to know one another before the trip departs. I will also share this page with our host coordinator as our trip nears.

NEXT STEPS

Book your flight and send me your complete flight itinerary as soon as you do. I will be coordinating transport from the airport to the hotel in Kathmandu with the HFH Nepal staff, so it is important that I have this information. You will need to leave your destination city in time so that you arrive into Kathmandu on Sept. 15th. Your return flight can be anytime during the day on Sept. 28th.
